We are one of the major manufacturers and suppliers of residential and light commercial duty pumps in North America.
A new 60,000 square foot factory was opened in 2001, and we just completed our second major expansion in 2016 which resulted in approximately 250,000 total square feet of production, R&D, and office space.

Summary of the Position The Human Resouce Manger will lead and direct the functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including coordination of the recruting and onboarding process, administration of benefits, leave management, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Four year business related degree or equivalent work experience.
PHR or SPHR certification or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Skills 1.
Manages and administers human resource related plans and procedures throughout the Company.

Fully knowledgeable on all HR policies and benefits within Liberty Pumps.
3.
Participates in developing HR goals, budgets, and processes.
4.
Oversees the recruitment and onboarding of new hires and ensures exit interviews are conducted.
5.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations.
6.
Participates on the following committees:
Safety, Events, Wellness, ESOP, and Retirement.
7.
Responsible for oversight in the following areas:
employee relations, training and development, benefits, Workers Compensation, and organizational development.
8.
Actively participates and coordinates special activities on an as needed basis.
9.
Coordinates and gives input on investigations, disciplinary meetings & terminations.
10.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
11.
Provides support and guidance to management and other staff when complex and sensitive issues arise.
12.
Act as backup to Payroll Processing.
13.
Develop and maintain open, professional working relationships with all internal Liberty Pumps departments and individuals.
14.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with external HR partners and vendors.
15.
Maintain a strong Human Resource skill base and awareness of industry trends through trade journals, educational classes, seminars, etc.
16.
Ensure HR compliance with internal ISO 9001 requirements.
Additional Notes Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a physical and drug test.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
